EPFO Amnesty Scheme 2026: Regularise PF Trust Status
The **EPFO** has launched a new scheme to help **Provident Fund Trusts** regularise their exemption status.
- The Amnesty Scheme, 2026 provides a one-time opportunity for establishments.
- It is for PF Trusts recognised under the Income Tax Act, 1961 without formal exemption.
- The scheme is open for six (6) months from its notification on 29th June, 2026.
- Benefits include retrospective regularization and waiver of certain Code on Social Security, 2020 rules.
- It also leads to abatement of legal proceedings for dues, damages, and interest.
